Terms of Use
payment:- For commissions under $50: Full payment due at time of order.- For commissions over $50: $50 payment upfront. The rest is due at the completion of order.- Payment plans are available! If you need a payment plan for anything over $50 please let me know.- My main form of payment is through PayPal.- Prices are in USD and will need to be converted to USD for payment.- No refunds whatsoever once the project is complete and agreed to be complete.- If you fail to make payment for the art after 1 week of completion, the art will be repurposed to be sold separately on my ko-fi.
timeline:- Commissions, depending on complexity and bulk of the order, can take anywhere between 1 day to 1 week to complete- Low communication may happen as I do have adhd and autism. I will, however, always send you at least a sketch, lineart, and flat cell color. if you would like to have more updates than that please relay that to me and I will do my best to accommodate.- I will try to respond as soon as possible to a commission form. If I decline your commission for any reason I will notify you.
general:- Any use of my art as NFT or AI is prohibited.- Please credit me on my art (@queenjamslace on Twitter)- Regular commissions are for personal use only meaning you are not to sell my artwork if you do not pay the commercial fee. If I find that you have broken this rule, you will be blacklisted and other artists will be notified.- Only small revisions can be made after completion. If a larger revision is needed, an additional fee will apply.- I reserve the right to post final pieces. If you don't want me to post a piece yet, please let me know when I can post it.- I keep the full copyright and have the right to resell prints or HD versions of any commission unless you also purchase the exclusivity for three times the cost.- Please have photo references. If not that's ok but please know that it might take extra time and money as you will probably ask for changes. If you include no photos I will charge an additional fee for design depending on complexity.

e.g. art is the product, like posters, stickers, cards, shirts, phone covers, ect. includes licensing rights
